Our team has been embedded in the seafood industry for over 20 years, none more so than owner Michael Hatzifotis. Born in Brisbane to Greek immigrant parents, Michael grew up surrounded by seafood – working on weekends at his grandfather’s fish and chip eateries and learning the tricks of the trade with his fish monger father. Now, he fills the gap in New Farm’s food offering by serving up the finest seafood selection, so everyone can experience the joys of premium seafood.
